 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The size delivered is different from what you ordered

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase

  • Exchange is available for size issues, damaged products, or wrong items

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery

  • Replacement will be processed after product inspection

If the desired size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund.

 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged
